ALS Staffing

There remains a responsibility on you as a licensed ALS agency, due to public dependence on your perceived level of service delivery, to be capable of providing ALS service on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis.

The staffing of your organization at the ALS level has remained consistent if not declined for the last five years.  Your ability with the current numbers to provide this service on an uninterrupted basis remains questionable.  In order to reduce the risk of being unable to provide the requested level of service, we recommends that your agency actively pursue ways to increase your ALS numbers/staffing.
