Your Emergency Service Organization (ESO) has experienced several preventable driving-related claims in recent years. These often include striking parked vehicles or fixed objects, as well as backing-related crashes. 

We have listed several resources available through VFIS to assist with implementing a plan to reduce these preventable events.

Processes could include incident investigation with root cause determination, educating staff on vehicle size, turn radius, etc., increasing staff awareness by sharing claims data specific to these events, and other as you deem appropriate.
